I think that Jason has alreaddy mentioned this, but we need to think about the next brew-in. Late January or early February seems appropriate. This is a time of the year - if the temperature is cool - to brew a lager, without refrigeration. Robert has great water for such a beer or a steam beer (and most others), if his place is available. I will be going to Houston in mid January and could pick up supplies that Ira does not have (at a 10% discount on DeFalgos prices). Talk here or at the next meeting at Mark's.
