Bring 3 bottles for competition (room temperature) and 1 (chilled) for club sampling to Eric's Thursday. We will figure a way to get the bottles to Houston. I gave most involved entry forms and instructions on the recipe at the last meeting. I will again bring the same. Anyone else who wants to enter can also bring entrees. If you have 3 bottles of a Barley Wine, it will fit in this category. There is a limit of 2 entrees per person, but I may enter a third in my wife's name or in the name of a fellow club member.
