I am unable to host the May meeting due to an unavoidable schedule conflict. Can anyone else pick up the slack for me? Thanks in advance.................

I'm pretty sure I can host it if y'all would like to keep it close to the originally planned location (I'm just down the street from Mark), but I'll need to check with the 'rents first.
Is the meeting May 12th or May 19th? I thought the meetings were on the 3rd Thursday of each month but just realized that our April meeting was on the 2nd Thursday.
Regardless, let me know if my offer is needed and I'll get the OK for it.

Ok, just let me know if it's favorable to have the meeting at my place on May 12th and I'll post my address with directions ... The 'rents already gave the go-ahead should the club need to have the meeting here.

We'll be on the back patio ps* Please bring chairs if you have them. Hi all -
I was one of the "observers" at Robert's house on 5/7. I enjoyed the hospitality y'all showed me. Several folks invited me to the next meeting, and I'm very interested in attending. Would it be alright if I brought me wife along as well?

It's fine by me if it's OK with the higher-ups (maybe Eric can chime in, or somebody else who has been in the club longer than me) ... I don't really know if there's a policy for bringing family along to club meetings, but I do seem to recall seeing some family members at other club events ... Just not sure if club business meetings are different.

I was trying to wait for someone a little more diplomatic to answer but i don't see why not but we usually don't bring wifes to meetings unless they are brewers. See yall Thursday j.

Ok, thanks! I don't know if she's a brewer, but she certainly assists and enjoys learning about brewing. And helps with quality control as well...
If she's up to it, I'll bring her, but there's a good chance (better than 75% or so) that she'll decide to stay home...

Jason, you just don't get it. You are the only one who gets on here and cusses. You are the only one who gets on here and talks about how much you drink. You are the only one who has "Slammed I am" on your profile. Its really not that difficult.

A pretty face or a designated driver are always welcome. Bring the wife or one of your girl friends. Remember, the 1st brewers were likely women.

No Eric you just don't get it, for some reason you have singled me out for some sort of vendetta and many other club members have noticed and voiced opinion about it but havent had the proper opportunity to discuss it in a club meeting, I don't no where you get that I said anything bad in my first response and all other club members I discussed this with agree you are out of line as far as cursing I apologize but you really are pissing me off, besides we are all grown men and adults and I don't think I said anything they haven't heard before. I can't take your insults anymore and will be discussing this matter tonight at the meeting with or without you

Ugh - just as I'm walking out the door, something comes up. I guess hand surgery and rainy weather don't mix... I won't be able to make this one. Thanks for the invite - will try again in June.
