Who is buying the crawfish and what time will they arrive at Dean's. Last year Ronny & I got there around 8:00, and the crawfish did not arrive till after 10:00. I am not sure I can help cook this year, but Ronny does not want to sit around waiting. Who is in charge of the mudbugs, and when can Ronny expect them to arrive?

I am in charge of cooking the two briskets. The only reason they were late last year was because they were donated and I didn't want to push it.
