Dean did a fantastic job on helping us with the crawfish boil. He supplied great appitizers, his fantastic bread, fuel for heating the meat, good tap beer, and another fire for anything else. I hope everyone thanked him and Michelle for their efforts. 3 bags of crawfish worked great. I had to leave before 3:00 with a severe back problem (crushed disc, related to Ike), but there was plenty of crawfish left. My only negative came today. On a required trip to Houston, I saw no crawfish ponds along I10. But when I returned and went to Orange's Market Basket around 3:00, they were selling crawfish at $1:00/bag, with plenty available. We can not always pick the right week-end!
Thanks also to Ronny for boiling the crawfish, to those that helped Ronney, to Ray for picking them up and the adjunts, and to Jason for cooking te briscuit.
