All.
Congratulations to Ira and all of the Louisiana bunch on a successful Louisiana Beer Fest today. There was plenty of good beer and the lines were generally short.. The food in the VIP section ran out early, but I'm sure that is a kink they will work out in the future. The Samuel Adams Imperial White and something called Werewolf were very popular. Maredsous and Chimay were flowing in the VIP section. Overall, a good time was had by all.
Incidentally, we lost the club contest by one vote to 4 guys from Orange, who showed up and pushed their Kolsch really hard, but I suspect they will be joining us soon.
The group that put this together plans on doing it again in May, so hopefully they worked the kinks out. Looking forward to the next one.
