Richard kegged my fall brew-in beer (a Red Ale I brewed with Larry) while I was in the hospital. I believe that most is left and I suggested to Richard that he bring it to the crawfish boil as his and my contribution to the club.
I am glad to see that Ira is coming. He is my choice of head cook.

Richard has two 100 quart coolers and I have a pot and burner if they are needed. Can someone please start taking inventory of what we have and what we need, equipment-wise?
Bob, there is about half a keg of your Red Ale left. It was very popular at the last Brew In. Richard will bring it Saturday.

Please see the FACEBOOK site. I am very concerned about getting enough volunteers to make the boil happen. I plan to call Eric M to see what might be worked out if we don't have enough help to pull this off. If you and Richard can make it with pots and ice chests, we are down to only two cooks short of the minimum (my estimation) of what we need. I'd like to find somewhere that sells purged crawfish on Saturday morning as that eliminates a lot of headaches when cooking. I am proposing a $10 per person fee for those that do not live under the roof of a paid member except for the host's guests and family. I think that this is fair to all. We shold also plan to cook hamburgers or something else for those who do not eat crawfish. I will work with Eric M tomorrow to resolve this issue.

We appear to be in good shape now. Richard, Dean and Raymond are all bringing cooking equipment, tables and chairs. Richard is also bringing the canopy. Please reply to this note or at the other site to let us know how many people will be in your party and if you are bringing tables, chairs or something else. Thanks very much for responding......

Raymond and I spoke last night and we are planning to arrive at Eric's at 9:00 AM to get started on the crawfish. I figure everyone else should show up at about 1 or so.
