Hey guys,
I would like to explain the changes to the board.
I guess you know that I was appointed to the position of Minister of Information by Mark at the beginning of this year, with direction to inform members of the club of homebrew competitions and try to get more members entering competitions. Well, I have been trying like hell (maybe too hard) and with the help of a few other members. It seems that all this effort has taken over the relaxing feel and laid-back camaraderie of the club events and meetings. Now, this is not a good thing and I have called and talked to a lot of members and all I have talked to agree.
So, I am now very relieved that I do not feel I have to try to motivate anybody to enter homebrew events in the name of the "Golden Triangle Homebrewer's Club."
So Mark, there will be no more reports from me as Minister of Information (which I think is a good thing, not having them that is). No more taste tests and no more hounding members to enter competitions. At least not from me....... Heel Bob..... ;D
So, don't feel bad, don't get mad, just relax and have a home brew (or three) and I will see you guys at the next meeting.
