The golden triangle home brewers monthly meeting was held Oct 8th 2009 at the house of Eric
meeting called to order at... 7:30pm
Announcements: Paid member at the art of beer showed anger to wards not being contacted for club functions"member was never told that he would be contacted" was told at the art of beer he needed to check the web site for updates if member can be found refund will be given Motion Raybo 2nd Cotton
announced art of beer was a great success over 250 attendees
Treasurer's Report:652.06 no change
minutes of were read
motion to accept minute as read...sorry we got side tracked no motion was made to accept
Old business: Dean will host the brew in on Oct 17th
December meeting will be at Bob's
Christmas party will be at Doug's December 12th
REMEMBER NOVEMBER ELECTIONS ON THE NEXT MEETING
John C couple more weeks on the web site will post progress
discussion was made over exception of new bylaws (Eric motioned after 4th function new member will be considered for member ship also "new member will step out for the vote" Ronnie 2nd 11-3 majority vote for all bylaw revisions
New business: Big brew bash(BARLEY WINE) presentation was made by Bob about Barley wine
Motion to close...ronnie honorary 2nd Mikey and Kyle
