December's meeting minutes

Ok, here goes, the best I can remember. I am making the minutes a thread because I am sure I left out some facts. Fill in please guys.

Meeting started around the time Eric reminded me to start the meeting.

Announcements were made: There was some but it eludes me. Some talk about St. Arnold's.

Old minutes were read and were accepted.

Treasurers report was read, Can't remember the total.

New business: Eric made the motion to sponsor Ronnie's lawnmower racing for $100 and it passed.

Old business: Next meeting will be held at Ira's house. The brew in on January 23rd will be held at Eric's.

Raybo made motion that the club beer ingredients be bought from Ira. Bob and Doug will do a club brew and someone else will do another club brew.

Club voting was performed with the loosers being:

Eric - Pres
Raybo - VP
Sec. - Jason
Treasurer - John Cotton

Meeting closed and seconded by Kyle and Mikey.

The meeting was at Bob's house.

The brew in will be at Robinettte's house on January 23, not at my house.

There were also a couple of new guys that showed up and I think they were friends of Doug's.

Thats about all I can recall also.

Thanks Eric, the new "prospects" were Donnie Lemke and Justin Wiltz. I think they heard of us by viewing podcasts, talking to Lonnie McAllister and reading posts on websites.
