Well. We brewed the Belgian Wonder brew where Mark Morgan, Corey Nelson and I made up a recipe for 5 gallons of a Belgianish Brew each and combined for a 15 gallon brew. OG was 1.060 right on the money and it was rich amber Golden in color. I can't wait to see what it tastes like. I recommend other members set up a three Blind mice brew also. It was a lot of fun.

I left for work this morning, and my primary was bubbling away. A great start. A also collected 10 gallons from the grain in the mash tun, boiled it down and added 2 oz of cascade hops and ended up with a 1.032 og and ultra hoppy. I used a german kolsch yeast and stuck it in the closet. We will see what we end up with on this one. I am afraid to name this one......but I am thinking of a good name.

Oh yea, after you guys all left, I went into the house and got online with Northern BRewer and ordered a Bazooka tube for the mash tun. I am about sick of the damn lines plugging up with grain in the quick connects. It should be here in a few days, and I will have it inline and ready for use this weekend. I still have 10 gallons of beer to make at home, So i may try to brew this weekend if anyone wants to help........

Mine is fermenting away. I agree that that was a hell of a starter and we split it 3 ways!

Well, I will be bottling and keging that beer this Wednesday. I will bottle a 6-pack with Coopers Drops. It is still a Mystery. I can't wait to taste it....
