meeting called to order at... 7:25pm at the home of Jason B
Announcements:Kabinka has returned
last two mower races have been rained out 19th and 20th will be the races we are in first place points standings
Treasurer's Report:781.06 is the balance motion Dean 2nd Ronnie motion passed
minutes of were read by Eric
motion to accept minute as read...Doug , Ira 2nd only if Doug zipps his pants up
Old business:
Jason motion to give Jason (red) and his friend a membership and a couple cases of beer , Ira 2nd motion passed
John motion to give Dean and crew free food for the crawfish boil Raybo 2nd motion passed
John is incharge of the alternate meat this meat will be cooked by Robert
bring any pots and burners you have for the crawfish boil
start purging crawfish around 9:30 serving around noon
Bob has control of veggies for the crawfish boil
Tip jar will be placed for payment for crawfish
the new website is being worked out and at the time is being transfered to a club officer
and payment is being arranged for expenses for Guy
Ira has 42 days left till retirement a party is being planned
some attended southern stars national home brewers day and the beer flowed
John did really well in the big beer contest he won 100$ placed 6th
New business:
A sack of grain is left over from our NHD discussion was made for the club to use this grain for next years big beer contest brew 10-12 gals of old ale some will be placed into competition the rest made as a club beer
many members could take an entry for this comp. AHA club members only will beable to enter this comp.
which equals around 3 systems which would make around 12 gals of beer
July 10th will be the big brew at John C's the recipe will be discussed and debated on the website
July meeting will be held July 8th at the home of Ronnies in La
