The golden triangle homebrewers monthly meeting was held at the
meeting called to order at... informal meeting was held due to quorum rules
Announcements:2 prospective members were at this meeting and discussion was made on if we should allow membership without quorum and was decided that a vote and membership could be giving and voted on at the crawfish boil
Treasurer's Report:no report
minutes of were read
motion to accept minute as read...no motion
Old business: 120 pounds were agreed to be bought for the crawfish boil, Raymond with Doug are in charge of crawfish guesstimates are around 25 attendees, two briskets will be purchased and hopefully Robert will cook, if not Jason is back up
John will get paper materials and what ever else,, Johns second running (club beer) will be brought to the boil
any drinks food ect. other than crawfish, meat, and club beer is byo
10$ for guest will be charged, family is free,
New business: John June meeting, Mark has the July meeting
