It looks like we finally have a plan. The weather looks like it is good that we can get three systems under cover. I want Dean's input, but I think we can brew 20 gallons of big beer. I smacked the "Old Ale" yeast Monday and started in in a 2 gt starter today. I will smack Dean's suggestion (Bavarian Lager) probably tomorrow. I will go by Richard's Thursday morning and help crush most of the grains. I still need Dean's guarantee on bringing some Munich malt. I need to look a Eric's original recipe to see if I have some of the malt. Dean has offered to ferment 10 gallons for members. It looks like a great plan. We can talk about the extra 10 gallons on Saturday.
