October Meeting
Date of Meeting: October 18,
Time of meeting: 7:00pm
Place: D. Cunningham’s Shop, Thanks Daryl, great location/food (best fried turkey I ever had)
Officiers Mark and John unable to attend,
Doug took notes (somewhat) during meeting
Next Meeting: Nov 8,
Place: Robert’s Shop (behind his house)
2836 Merriman, Pt. Neches, TX 77651 (Should mapquest/google, Robert’s on west side of Elementary School)
November Brew-in at Robert’s (Same place): Sat. Nov 18,
If bad weather on day of Brew-in then Dave’s shop as backup

TREASURY REPORT
Dave gave the Treasury balance - $597
$100 for Flowers = $497
Motion to accept the report/Passed
OLD BUSINESS
Renaissance Festival Discussed
Oct (27-28)
Heard Ira/Alice and Dean/Michelle went and had a great time
Perfect weather
Christmas Party discussed.

Johnny Mac/Tammy and Corey going to Dixie Cup
Heard a great time was had and Much improved over past events
Great American Beer Festival (GABF)
Great turnout, Great time and lots of ‘beer’ stories
Corey/Ira/John C making their Porter this Friday.
Heard it tasted great into the carboy
NEW BUSINESS
Corey made a motion to have Mikey second the opening of every meeting
Richard 2nd, Motion passed
Beginning at the November meeting someone will make the motion to start the meeting (to begin at 7), Mikey will second the start of our meetings (which will include hopefully a sample of his beer and a toast).
