Chris Colby (the editor of BYO) and I worked out the finial version for my beer carbonation article today, slated for next month. This article was initiated by a letter to the editor concerning Coopers' Carbonation drops. Chris suggested a more complete article on carbonation and suggested discusions on carbonation vs beer fill level. Evidently he found neither discussions on Coopers Drop (Coopers is a significant advertizer in BYO) or my discussions on bottle fill level worth printing. However, an article on carbonation will appear next month. I hope I can convinse Chris to include the items ommitted in a future article. If Chris adheres to my only request, GTBC should be mentioned in my Bio. Chris did a great job on making the article more readible.
