Saturday Dec 1st start cutting sugar cane around 7am start pressing the cane around 10am then the juice will be stored till Sunday morning till around 8am where the boiling process into syrup which will take about 6hrs you can watch the process at anytime either day, helpers are welcome, please bring a machete if you are helping cut the cane.
