Announcements:
Good Time Brewers Brew in on 1-12-13. Bring stuff for the pit, etc.

Brandon C & family have a newborn baby girl.
Chicken Run at Ira’s 2/9/13 please show up by 10:00 am. Car pool arrangements are to be made on FB.
Longhorn beer shop shirts are for sale soon by Ira.
John C will be issuing discount cards at Ira’s store for paid members. The discount cards will have a cumulative discount. See Ira for card details.
Treasurer’s Report:
John C - There are seventeen paid members
Minutes - Read and accepted.
Old Business:
Brandon has ordered the glasses to have our logo added to them. It was a unanimous vote to use black as the color on the glasses. The color for the shirts has been chosen unanimously to be a Navy blue Polo style with our logo done in color. Mark will send the original logo copy to Brandon and David.
There will be a brew-in at Deans on 2-23-13. They will be making a dopple bok. Please get with Dean or Erik for details.
February meeting will be held at Jason’s house.
March meeting will be held at Bob’s
Jason - legacy brews made by members to be discussed.
New Business:
Mark K – The annual spring cookout schedule and menu are to be decided upon at the March meeting. A tentative date of 4-27-12 has been suggested.
Ira – suggested a $33.00 subscription to BYO magazine to be shared by the club members.
Ira – suggested a brew competition to be held.
Corey - is open to doing a Pro Am with the winner to be club / clubs members only. He will judge the beers.
The styles and other details of the brew competition are to be discussed by Mark, Corey, and a committee of both clubs. This subject will also be discussed in future meetings.
