Anyone have plans or instructions to build a grant off of my mash tun? I cant find instructions online, but I have an idea.

Shouldn't be too hard - a two or three gallon dutch oven would work just fine. Just drill a hole for a coupling or bulkhead fitting, install a valve and you're in business. But...I ask if you really need one. Are you pumping your wort out of your MLT? If not, there's absolutely no reason to use one. I was under the impression that all of y'all were using three tier, gravity-fed systems.
