Doug called today and will not be able to brew Saturday. We will brew at his house on Sunday. I made contact today with Billy. Due to work commentments, he will also probably not make it (I offered grains and yeast if plans change by Thursday). Billy has great ideas for construction of a connical fermenter. I offered a few changes. I believe that we (actually Billy, with changes I suggest) can construct a great 15 gallon fermenter. This will be a great club asset. This would provide 5 gallons of club beer and 5 gallons each for two brewers; a much better way of awarding the brewers of club beer.
