Johnny: The main contributions were Billy's and not mine. He suggested starting with a 16 gallon keg and welding a bottom conical section and legs, much like commercial conical fermenters. He then suggested welding a cut off corney keg on top, providing a sealable closure. I offered to work with him on the design, but he could do it without me.

Holy SHI* Bob...If you come up with plans, I am serious about having 2 made for me. Thats sounds great. Should I start collecting kegs?
