Ok, where did everyone go? And why? We used to have a fun club, but now it sux. Nobody talks on here anymore. Do we need to do away with this site and return to the old one?

I agree Corey. It appears everyone is afraid of offending someone. I hope others are still looking, but without the controversy, the site is not very interesting. I think we should go back to a non-monitored site for club members in which we can say what we want. We could offer a warning that the comments do not necessarily represent the opinions of the majority of the club. Get the club President and all censors (we call them monitors) out of the picture. If you are offended by a message, call the person and ask him to retract the message. I have only recently learned that it is easy for all members to retract what they said.
We are currently informally restricted from talking about some subjects at club meetings out of fear of offending a few members; I will live with that for a few months. Let's open up this on-line forum so that we can say what we really feel (or what may be appropriate to keep a topic going).

I agree. I have not monitored lately. If thats what it takes to get back to normal.
