Where is the next club meeting? I am sure I can find out Sunday from Doug when he and I brew 10-15 gallons of beer at his place (I may brew an extract + grains beer).
DeFalcos had a very poor selection of yeasts when I went by today. I picked my 3rd or 5th favorite. They get a limited supply in on Friday, (even then not the one I wanted).
