Too expensive for my taste. $50.00 ($60.00 with no pre-registration) plus an expensive hotel area for Carol and me (no way would she stay in a tent, and I'm might agree with her).

Sorry you can't make it to the meeting. 12 hour days suck. I printed out the info on the beer fest and we'll be talking about it at the meeting. Sounds like a beer blast. I'm checking with the home office for approval.

We had a good meeting. Lots of different beers were sampled and some were consumed. Some of our members could not make it and were missed. John C will post the minutes this week. Discussing the Brewstock it looks like it happens on the same weekend as the races in Baytown. Some of the members will be attending the races. I think I will be going to Brewstock. I'll start pulling out the camping equip and prep the truck. It sounds like a blast. We can get together at Dave's shop on the 24th Brewin and talk some more, get the banner, etc.
The brewin at Dave's on the 24th looks like a pretty good attendance. At least 6 systems running. Hope everyone trys to bring their system. It would be great to get pictures of all the systems our members have. Even if your're not brewing, bring it over at between 10 am - 12pm. It's the clubs 10th year aniversery (1997-2007) and maybe it's time to add another picture of everyone with their systems. Spring has sprung and hop aroma is in the air.
