New Brewer Mike

Mike stopped by today and we racked our beer from last Sunday. Mike picked up ingredients for an extract plus grain beer from DeFalgos. We shared a Pilsber Urqel, a Germam Dunkel Hefe- Weisen, and another nice beer that Mike brought over. I contributed home brews: a hefe-weizen (Doug & me) and a Belgium double (John & me). Mike is anctious to brew with the ingredients he bought today at DeFelgos. I offered a starter and a one gallon fermenter, but he left without it. Mike: it is available to pick up tomorrow before 11:00, when I leave for Houston.

Sorry, I got ahead of myself. Pretty hungry after being on the raod all day and since the wife is gone it was fend for myself time. I'll start another thread in member recipes so I can keep track of my first homebrew. So far it is looking nice.
