Mad Mike, bottling Sunday?

Mike: Our beer should be ready for bottling Sunday. I will be returning from Houston and should be home by 2:00. I have plenty of bottles.

Johnny Mc has made a great offer for Sunday and I suggest you attend. He is a great brewer and the attendance he claims will be rewarding for a new brewer. I suggest bottling at around 3:00 pm (I will provide bottles). We could also bottle Monday evening, or I could keg the beer and bottle later. Let me Know. Later than Monday is unpredictable. I see many more necessary trips to Houston.

I'll call when I get in Sunday. I have collected bottles this week and will have plenty of bottles. I see that you have already brewed an additional beer and bottled it. I hope you don't get over carbonated beer or worse, exploding bottles.
