Talked to Dave and Bob this weekend. Bob and I will be brewing a 90 Min Dog Fish clone grain/extract and Dave, with Mark and Dean I think, will brew 15 gal of a Chek Pilsner or Budvar, a three temp stage attempt. Dean is the pro at this so everyone needs to show and watch and learn from the master. Most of our systems are manual except for Corey whose building a fully automated system. Nice. The club and brewers get 5 each. The club now has power to lager. I must admit it was Dave's idea to improve our skills at multi temp stage brewing. Please guys make it less than 5%. Something we can drink in the sun next to the pool and not get a headache and be finished by August. That also means we need to drink up one of the kegs of Robust Porter at the next couple meetings and brewin so come thirsty. I'll talk to everyone this week so we can have something to present at the next meeting. Everyone get a partner and lets make some beer. My system is available for use if anyone needs it. Also, I found a 5 gal new CO2 bottle in Bmt for 70. Picking it up this week and ordered the attachments (pressure 2 and serve 2) from Austin also.

i will volunteer to help someone --- funds are low on my end but i candonate my labor for a lesson and a sample of the finished product
