;D This is just a reminder that the second quarter club brew-in is next Saturday, June 2nd. I believe that Dave again volunteered his shop as the location. Again, my recollection is that I will brew the club beer, which was set as an Oktoberfest/Marzen style. I do not recall who is going to work with me on the brewing. Let's get a show of hands at this posting to see if we have enough teams to make the brew-in worthwhile.

The Brewin is on this Sat. at Dave's shop at 105 and 62. Dave usually unlocks the gates at 8 am. I'll have breakfast and lots of deer burgers, boudin and sausage to burn for lunch. So far it looks like we'll have 4 teams brewing. Ira is bringing a White Merlot so I'll start a wine also. Mark an Ronnie are brewing the club beer. Dave is brewing. The club will have an American Lager to sample and maybe open a couple of club beasts (one of each version) so we can decide which one Mark should enter. I'm bringing some great Shiraz and Bock to sample. Everyone try to come by with a beer to sample and bring a friend.

I have to be in Houston Sat AM and don't know if I'll be back in time but I want to bring Darrel so will try to at least catch the end. I brought him to the last meeting and he is starting to catch the bug.
