Here is the starting list of items that I will purchase on Friday nite. If I left something out let me know.
Dinnerware cups, plates, forks, spoons, paper towels
Condiments ketchup, horseradish, pepper sauce, mayo? (dip)
Crawfish Boil mix 20+ lbs (4 bags) powder seasoning, 4-6 bottles of liquid seasoning, case of salt, lemons, butter, potatoes, onions, corn

Bar b que supplies charcoal brickets lighter Sauce, what kind?? Found some legs I'm defrosting tonite, any marinate suggestions in addtion to beer?? Couple large pans for the grillens.

If the crawfish are already purged you don't need a case of salt.You do need some garlic and sausage to go in the boil.My brother in-law Mike and i both have burners and very big pots.Are we eating the crawfish at 11:00 or starting to boil?Let me know today about the time.

Mike Bring the burners and pots to ensure we have enough. I only have a small one. We will start the water around 1030- 11am. Since we don't have to purge it should go pretty fast. Ira has a fancy way to cook them we're going to try. Salthingyer in one pot and seasoning in another. Suppose to make em easy to peel and tasty. I'll get garlic and sausage to throw in.
