Busy, Busy!

Today I bottled my Old Ale I brewed at the Brew-In.

Then I racked the ESB I brewed last Monday.

Tomorrow Friday I am brewing an Alt Bier after work.

Sunday I am a Steward at the KGB Homebrew Competition at St. Arnold's.

Tuesday I am driving to DeFalcos for the first BJCP Certification class.

Thursday is the club meeting at Jims!

This brings new meaning to the term "Beeer Nutz!"

Welcome to Southeast Texas! I had a great time at the KGB Big Batch Competition. I learned a lot too.

Talking about going beer nutz. You know the doctors have gotten back to me and informed me that I have gone Homebrew Crazy. The cause of the disease was Dean Domec's AHA Gold medal winning Dopplebock. When I first tasted it, I caught "Mad Zrausin Disease." lol
