Ok, I bought 2 all grain kits for this, and I bought 8 lbs of alderwood to smoke 2 lbs of grain with.
Also, When do we wanna get together to do the 4 man porter we talked about at the meeting? I can order the stuff from Northern Brewer for a 15 gallon batch.

I am pretty open for whenever. Getting 4 people coordinated is a problem but I'm the retired guy so my schedule should be the most flexible. Just let me know.

We can do a 15 gallon batch and split it 4 ways. I am off all this week, I dont know about John and Ira.
