Hope everyone had a great and safe Thanksgiving. I got to share many of my wines and beers with my family in Georgia. We even made a wine punch with Sangria, Muscadine, and Plum wines. Put a smile on everyone’s face. 12 hour drive but the weather cooperated.
The club’s Avery New World Porter was racked tonite. Excellent, robust primary fermentation (was it the olive oil?) and very clean. A recap of last Saturday’s brewin. An excellent turnout, with a total of 45 gallons brewed. Bob, Richard, n Eric with 15 gal of Irish Red, Johnny Mac n Joe with a Samichlaus, Ray n John C with a Milk Stout, and Corey’s Pliny the Elder Clone, Triple IPA.
Richard kindly volunteered (okay I asked) to have the December (13) meeting at his house in Bridge City.
