Mead -------------------- 2 cups honey 1 1/2 cups brn sugar 1 tsp cinnamon volume to 3 qts Dry Ale Yeast
Cider: -------------------- 1 1/2 cups brn sugar 1 tsp cinnamon apple juice to 3 qts Dry Ale Yeast
Cyser: -------------------- 1 cup honey 3/4 cup brn sugar 1 tsp cinnamon apple juice to 3 qts Dry Ale Yeast
Just ferment it out, then transfer it to a clean 3 liter bottle, chill and serve. These should be uncardonated beverages. Ferment at room temp and they should be ready to serve in a week. They will make a great Christmas drink. Start it this week and drink it by Christmas!
