Ira has 6 bags of malt for sell. His prices are cheeper than DeFalgos, even with our club discount. The next brew-in is at Johnny's who has a roller mill for crushing. Consider buying your bulk grain from Ira.
Marris Otter Malt: $65:00 for 55 lbs. If we buy the bag, I want 25 lbs, and will buy up to 35 lbs.
Mountons Mild (the base grain for English Browns and Porters, and stouts). I will buy up to 10 lbs. $65:00/55 lbs.
Mountons (British) Lager, I will buy up to 20 lbs. $65:00/55 lbs.
Mountons Pale; 1 will buy up to 10 lbs. $65:00/55 lbs.

Bob,
It sounds like you are proposing the club buying grain to make club beers and agreeing to buy some yourself. Good ideas. Since there will be a meeting before the brew in, why don't we talk about buying some club grain at the meeting so we will have it to brew club beer. Will there be a system available to brew club beer next month?

I do have grain and will bring some to the meeting as long as it is not raining, but I will bring a complete list of my stock with prices.

Bob is brewing with me and Richard on the 23rd. I think Ira has several bags and as long as it is not raining I think he was planning on bringing them to the meeting.
