I don't remember whether we discussed it or not, but the February meeting is on Valentines Day. Am I only one who noticed it or am I the only one willing to admit that I will get in trouble if I go to the home brew club meeting on valentines day. Comments?

If this is going to be a problem for more people besides me, why don't we figure out what the solution is so we can decide and get the word out. Anyone have a problem with a special called meeting on the 1st Thursday as opposed to the 2nd Thursday of the month. I can tell by the counter that more people besides me and Johnny Mac have read this so if you have an opinion, let it be known.

Does anybody want to move the meeting to Feb 21st?
The problem with this is Corey's work schedule. We had to move the brewin on the 32rd from his house to mine because he was working. I can possibly make the meeting if it stays on the 14th, but I won't have designated driver.

Jason is right, regardless of what we decide, we need to check Corey's schedule. If I'm in the minority and everyone else wants to go ahead with the meeting on Valentines Day, just say so. I can probably find someone to take the minutes. Whatever the decision ends up being, it just needs to be made.

no your not the minority but I was just trying to make everybody happy why not just do it on the 7th Corey you off then? it sounds like that would be better for everybody

Well, I can do it thursday the 7th. I am working days, and I get home around 6:15 or so. I wont really have a chance to fix a whole lot of food, but I can get the pit fired up and ready by then. It doesnt matter to me. Hell, we could even do Friday night. FART here at my house and do the meeting too.

I'm Game whatever if we do it Friday I guess i will have to drop mom off at the cino that day ( there giving away big flat screens)then come back to the meeting then back to the cino again for the chicken run the next morning so I guess for me it would be better if we could do it Thursday the 7th

I think the meeting should be help on the normal date, the 2nd Thursday of the month, because at this point we only have one member who cannot make the meeting because of the date. If we change the date at this point in time, I am sure more than one members will not be able to make the meeting . So, it looks like you will fill in as secretary Bob. Be sure and print out the minutes and bring them for the reading of the minutes.

Yes. 1 mile past the Tram Rd light, turn right into Bevil Oaks, on Sweet Gum. Go to the 1st street past the 2nd stop sign, turn left. I am the last driveway on the right. C U there.
