damb I forgot how much work bottling was GEESH I used the drops and I did the hop tea thing and added it to my bottling bucket I felt it needed a little more aroma the only problem is the bag of drops say there are 60 drops in it I did 48 bottles of beer and I'm pretty good at math but i had allot more than twelve drops left in the bag when i was done don't think I made a mistake I really don't think I missed any bottles I hope it was there mistake

Jason: Your count was probably correct. I complained to Coopers over a year ago about the sugars they claimed in each drop way overcarbonated beers. There response back was they recognized the problem and had started adding more drops (reduced sugar per drop), but had not changed the package yet.. With 60 drops for a quarter pound bag, the carbonation will be excessive for most beers. My sugestion to you is to cool one down to your refrigerator temperature. If it is overcarbonated, cool the rest down and remove the caps for about 15 minutes, allowing CO2 to escape as they warm up. Then recap them. Repeat if necessary. If you need corn sugar, let me know.
