I remember that John C and Johnny Mc both purchased bags of wheat malt. I offer to exchange 15 lbs of German Vienna for an equivalent amount of German (red) wheat malt, or for 18 lbs of American wheat , equivalent based on current prices at DeFalgos. My preference is the German wheat. I will bring my grain scale (accurate to 0.1 oz, up to 35 lbs) to the next meeting or the brew-in. Let me know if you are interested since I will be in Houston in early Feb to buy grain.
