My crew will likely not show up before 8:00. I don't know why "broke thing" needs to get there that early. The first hour will be spent in heating up. Then there is mashin and we all set around for an hour as the enzymes do there thing.

im taking notes so i dont miss a thing, also im bringing a quart of my mead even tho it is young its yummy and at 14% abv it will be a good warmer for the day

just want to say THANK YOU ALL, i have learnd SO MUCH, ya'lls Brew Club is the best and ill be sending in my Dues next month, If i am invited to join your club... the meetings i prolly wont be able to make due to the distance and time but I think yall can handle the club buisnes.
