im looking forward to the brew in but it looks like i was going to pair up with Cory but he will be working, then at the Mardigrass party i was going to pair up with Jason, for the brew in but his system wont be ready in time, so any one who is making a all grain, could i possably pair up with. I have never brewed a all grain and would like a hands on demo

I went to order all my stuff for my Dopplebock I am brewing at the Brew-in and they did not have the hops I need! I am on the hunt now. I need 2 oz. of Northern Brewer & 4 oz. Hallertau Austin Homebrew did not have any I may have to find a good substitute. I need to check my freezer for a substitute first I guess..... ;D

Well, I had a pound of whole leaf Hallertaur hops in my freezer and the Northern Brewer was for bittering, so I will just use all Hallertaur hops I guess! ;D This 10 gallon batch of Dopplebock will cost me $107 from Austin Homebrew Supply! I need see what it is at Norther Brewer. I really need to email Ira and get a price from him ASAP. I would rather spend a little more and give him the business.

Hey Broke Thingy, I just talked with Guy Groves and he said you can prolly split a brew with him at the brew-in. He has a club system too. Here is his email. ggroves(AT)githyankee.com He is thining about brewing his "Easy Blonde" ale. It is a great tasting lite beer with a cleam malty flavor and a goof kick.

Richard, Bob and I will be brewing 15 gallons of English Pale Ale on our system. I was trying to get a head count but I can't decipher some of y'alls posts. Looks like we have five or six systems going brewing about 60 gallons. Thats good work. I guess we can try and get a head count on Thursday.

Doug and I are planning to brew together at the next Brew-in, probably a Belgian dubbel. Have we decided whether the Club needs a batch made at this brew-in, and if so, what style? We will need beer for both the Crawfish Boil (usually May) and the Rendezbrew (July), and the sooner the beer is made, the better it will be.
