Doug & I won medals at the Mountain Homebrewing competition. They combined some catagories to reduce the competition to 20 categories.
GTHC winners were:
Doug (and maybe Dean) 3rd place in American Light Lager (all lagers in same catogory).
Bob (entrees combined fruit beers with sour fruit beers) 3rd for a fruit lambic
Bob 2nd ( combined a number of categories, including Doppelbock and Scotch ale) for an Altbeir
Bob & Doug ( combined American and English brown ales for an honorable mention for a Texas brown ale.
This was a small competition, 20 categories, 187 entrees from 22 states.
Hey. we can do that and bring money to our club.
