1 oz. German N. Brewer pellet hops 8.5% alpha acid (first wort) 1 oz. German N. Brewer pellet hops 8.5% alpha acid (90 min) 2 oz. German Hallertau pellet hops 4.1% alpha acid (30 min) 2 oz. German Hallertau pellet hops 4.1% alpha acid (steep for 4 min.at end of boil) 1/2 ts. irish moss
2 qt. Wyeast No 2206 Bavarian lager yeast starter
Mash in: 150 degrees hold for one hour Masn out: 167 degrees Boil time: 90 minutes Chill to 60 degrees and pitch yeast Primary fermentation:14 days at 46 degrees in glass Secondary fermentation: 4 weeks at 46 degrees in glass Lagering: 6 months at 32 degrees in keg Forced carbonate Bottle and let age for 6 months to one year.
