Joe said he will not be able to brew, so you can brew the Club beer on his system at the Brew-in.

dood don't be scared all grain is the same thing as extract pretty much just think of it as taking grain and making your own extract and after that every thing is the same and actually you have more leeway with your recipe (I think) and its cheaper, learning different temps for different things are the key, But you are in the rite place to learn about it.
