Great brew-in last weekend; thanks Johnny Mac. Richard , Eric and I brewed an English Pale ale. The original gravity for 12 gallons was 1.090, the best yield I have got from a system (30 pts/lb-gal), in spite of the high gravity beer. I assume Richard and Eric added an additional gallon of purified water, still getting a gravity exceding most ESB's. I will likely bottle 10-12 bottles and keg the rest with additional water.
