hey guy's I have my kegs finally, bastard pawned two old Coors kegs off on me but thats cool at least I have some now. do I need to do anything to them to prepare them for cutting how do I get the old beer out, one of them one is about half full

You gotta pop the keeper rings in the top out but only after you release the pressure by pressing down on the center part of the top piece first. (cover it with something or it will cover you) If you have a lid(I believe 10"is the size we used)place it on top and scribe or trace with pencil on the top of the keg and cut along that..

Just take a screwdriver and push the ball down in the center and it will release the pressure. You will have to press pretty hard. Then you can remove the keeper ring. DO NOT REMOVE IT UNTIL YOU RELEASE THE PRESSURE.
