Well, we won another one. 1st ribs, 2nd chicken and 2nd brisket, Overall Champions too. This was cool cause the winners from the last 2 years Houston Live stock Show and Rodeo Championship cook offs were there. So we are looking good for Houston next month. Supposedly if we will it all, its like $100k to the winner. Wouldnt that be nice. We also have to cook for 400+ people. And there will be around 500 teams. Wish me luck. And thanks to Mark Kelly who witnessed the whole slaughter. And Jason and I floated my keg of amber too.
