I am still interested in boiling crawfish at Ray's. I talk with the local Market Basket, the best place to get good crawfish. They use no salt in purging, but told me how they do it; three to four washes (great for us taking blood pressure medicine.) Their crawfish is better than any I have tasted in Lafayette, Lake Charles, or Orange. We need a cook, Ira comes to mine. We also will need cookers (equipment) and ice chests. If the club is interested, I will try to find a better price than Market Basket ($1:19/lb). Crawfish races would be interesting for kids; I would supply the race board.
