I will be in sinus surgery this Thursday and will not be able to make the meeting. Dean is on his honeymoon this week. Mark Morgan is working in Baton Rouge. I know these are invalid excuses. Just bad planning on my and Dean's part. I wish you guys have a good meeting.

Unless something has changed and was not posted, you were scheduled to host the meeting this week. Obviously you will not be able to do that. Has the location of the meeting been changed or do we need a new place to have the meeting?

Ray told me at the Spring Event that John Cotten was hosting the next meeting and that he had taken the left over ribs. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

I was under the impression that it was at John Cotton's house but I reread the minutes and saw that it was at my house. I will talk to John tomorrow and find out what we can do. Mark agreed to have it at his house if all else fails. Debbie says it is no problem having it over here and on the up side, I wont have to drive anywhere. I am already here. On voting though, we might have to have a reanactment of Col. Travis being carried over the line at the Alamo on a bed with me playing Travis. But being heavily sedated, my votes might not count. I will email or call you guys tomorrow.

Raymond had June and when he stepped up to host the Summer Party, I back filled for Raybo.

Thanks John. Ira, I have a couple of recipes for you to fill. I will give them to doug or john to hand to you. Thanks guys. John also has a check for you from the crawfish boil. I will start calling tomorrow to make sure everbody knows where the meeting is at.

Well I called or left messages to most of the members of the change in the location. An said he probably could not make it tomorrow night. I could not get ahold of the Maudi Gras Crew from Sulphur. Talked to Cory and he said he would be there. I will see if I can get Debbie to drive me there for a little bit.
