This July, the meeting will be held at Jason Borques house in Beaumont, off old Dowlen rd, behind the airport. Meeting will start about 7:30 pm. If its at al possible, Mark Kelly, could you give a 5-10 minute dialogue about Lager v. Ales? Differences, temps, yeast, etc?
I would like to inject a bit of education into each meeting. Maybe in August, if we can, Bob, you wrote a great BYO artical about sugar and carbonation. Could you talk about carbonation in bottles v. kegs with priming sugars and CO2 injection?
I would like to see members volunteer 5-10 minutes of their time during the meetings to pick a topic and discuss it with the group. Just a general knowledge topic that will help us all out. We can discuss during the meeting. I think we have enough people that we can all cover a month with a new, differant, interesting topic. Feel free to help me out or shoot me down. I would like to see a bit more brewing interest discussed.
