Ok, as promised, I asked the CEO and she said ok. So, with out further Adieau, Be at my place, Sunday morning at about 8 am. I will need help with the grain, cleaning etc. I am shooting for 35 gallons of Uno Mas Cerveza. My Mexican Lager. Bring some stuff for the BBQ, a few beers, 1 or 2 propanes bottles if you have a partial and lets get busy. This will make about 7-5 gallon carboys full, I would like 3, and you guys can hash out the other 4. I hope this batch turns out ok. Its all new to me.
