October Meeting

The October Meeting is still scheduled for my house. I just missed a meeting, I didn't die. For those of you that have been, I'm two doors down from Richard. 5th house on the right on Tower Road in Bridge City. Brick house with white collumns. Park anywhere and just come around back. If anyone gets lost you can reach me at 466-6000. Hope to have a good turn out next month. Hopefully the weather will cooperate. I've always thought the fall meetings are the best when the weather is good. We should have a good selection of fall and winter beer by then to sample. I plan on having some varieties of Oktoberfest.

On the way home from Beaumont, I noticed that Highway 1442/Bridge City exit on the interstate moved and is in a strange place. If you are coming from Beaumont, the exit is before the rest stop. You actually have to go behind the rest stop and stay on the access road to get to 1442. The actual exit is around mile marker 867. Anyway, let me know if anyone has any problems.
